Virtual participants will be able to hear and see presentations, as well as interact with other attendees and ask questions via chat or the Sli.do app. Remote presentations will be possible. Networking experiences, including FUNding Friday and the Research Showcase Poster and Demo Session, will be primarily designed for in-person participation.

COVID-19 Policy
ESIP’s number one priority is the health and safety of our community participants. Our goal is to hold a safe event and although we recognize that you cannot remove all risks, we are committed to providing a safe environment for our meeting attendees.
ESIP asks that all in person participants be fully vaccinated. We also encourage our participants to wear masks whenever they feel the need to. We will have masks available for our participant’s comfort.
We also ask that if you start to feel unwell during the meeting that you remove yourself immediately. ESIP’s staff will have a limited number of rapid COVID tests available to anyone who starts to show symptoms. If you test positive for COVID, you will not be allowed to further participate in person and the staff will do our best to notify any meeting participants you have had contact with.
Failure to comply with all safety protocols and requirements as listed above or related directions from ESIP representatives on-site may result in the loss of the right to attend or participate in this event, including forfeiting any registration fees paid.
This policy may change based on the CDC recommendations and guidelines, which can be found HERE.
